By this civil application, applicant is seeking condonation of 20 days delay in filing present civil application. He submits that by this civil application, applicant is seeking to recall the order dated 20.06.2017 by which writ petition No.5500 of 2017 stands dismissed for non prosecution. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :

a) Delay in filing civil application is condoned. S.C.Magar

c) Writ petition No.5500 of 2017 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.
