On an earlier occasion the appeal came to be dismissed for non prosecution. The same came to be restored on 13th March 2019. In the order of 13th March 2019, it is recorded that in the interregnum period respondent has got remarried. Perhaps that would make the entire appeal itself infructuous because respondent in the appeal, who was petitioner in the Family Court, was granted a decree of divorce by the Family Court.
