No. 1456/SS/2011 by Metropolitan Magistrate, 58th Court, Bandra for offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 whereby it was directed that applicant should pay compensation of 10,77,300/-. The learned Sessions Judge dismissed the appeal against the
