1] The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 6th August 2018 passed by this Court and the Order of the Trial Court, the applicants have deposited Rs.23,37,380/ in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan in Special Civil Suit No.139 of 2018. A copy of the Order dated 29.9.2018 passed by the District Judge2 and Additional Sessions Judge,Kalyan tendered across the bar is taken on record along with copy of receipt of payment issued by Maharashtra Electricity Distribution Company. 1/2

3] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 6th August 2018 is hereby confirmed.
4] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5] In view of Order passed in A.B.A. No.1562 of 2018, Criminal Application No.1066 of 2018 for modification of Order dated 6th August 2018 passed by this Court does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
