By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that, his case i.e. Sessions Case No. 633 of 2015 be directed to be conducted expeditiously and preferably on day to day basis. It is stated that, the Petitioner is in jail since 26th April 2015 and that though the charge was framed on 7th December 2016, the said case is not yet concluded.

In view thereof, we direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai (Court Room No.30) seized of Sessions Case No. 633 of 2015 to conduct the said case on day to day basis and conclude the same preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of present Order.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

The Jailor, who is present in Court today, is directed to communicate present Order to the Petitioner, who is lodged in the Mumbai Central Prison.
