By this Civil Application, the Applicant - claimant seeks condonation of 238 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 21.04.2016 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Application No. OA (IIU) /MCC / 2010/0251 dismissing the Applicant - claimant's Application.
