This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 134 days in preferring the First Appeal, challenging the impugned Judgment and Award dated 1st January 2013 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mangaon, Dist. Raigad in M.A.C.P. No.667 of 2008. Respondent has appeared in the case, but not filed reply till date. Hence, considering the reasons given in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the Civil Application, the sufficient cause being made out, the delay of 134 days deserves to be condoned. 1/2 CAF-1158-14.doc

Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.
