The learned counsel for the parties handin the consent terms which are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

The learned counsel for the Appellant points out that the Appellant is not present in the Court today. However, he confirms that the Appellant not only signed the consent terms but further given written instruction to him to file such consent terms. Such written communication is also annexed at page 27. 3.
The Respondents/their Power of Attorney holders who have signed these consent terms are present in the Court. They Vishal Parekar 1/2
prod-502-caf-3434-2018.doc state that they have signed the consent terms willingly after understanding their scope and import.

On perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that the same can be accepted. The undertaking in the consent terms are accepted as a undertakings to this Court.

Accordingly, the First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

Civil Applications do not survive and are also disposed of.
