The Applicant has preferred this application with the following prayer;
(A) That, this Hon'ble Court exercising powers u/s. 438(1) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 be pleased to grant interim protection to this Applicant during the pendency and final adjudication of the Anticipatory Bail Application No.3737 of 2019 before the Pune Sessions Court in the event of her arrest by the hands of Respondent Police Officers of Alankar Police Station and Economic Offence Wing, Pune Police in relation to F.I.R. No.163/2019 alleging non bailable offences u/s. 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, Nesarikar
2 / 2 907-ABA-1670-19.odt 120B of I.P. Code on such terms and conditions as may deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court; (B) Interim protection orders in terms of Prayer Clause (A) hereinabove may be granted in favour of this Applicant;
(C) And for such further orders as may deem fit and proper be passed in the interest of justice;

The Investigating Officer PI Yunus I. Shaikh is present in the Court. On his instructions, the learned APP Mr.Pednekar makes a statement that till final adjudication and decision of Anticipatory Bail Application No.3737/19 before Pune Sessions Court, the Applicant shall not be arrested. He only requests that the directions be issued to the Applicant to attend EOW Office, Pune, on 01/08/2019 and 02/08/2019 between 03.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. The Applicant is accordingly directed to attend the E.O.W. office at Pune on 01/08/2019 and 02/08/2019 between 03.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m. 3.
In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the application. The application is disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
