Perused. Notice of Respondent No.4-1 was returned unserved with Bailiff's remark, "not residing at given address as building demolished 2 years ago."

However, Applicant is unable to trace out any new address of Respondent No.4-1.

In view of this there is only one possibility of serving Notice of this Appeal on Respondent No.4-1 by Publication.

Hence this Interim Application is allowed.

Issue Publication Notice to Respondent No.4-1, returnable by six (6) weeks (excluding Christmas Vacation).
