Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

These Civil Applications are preferred by State of Maharashtra for stay of the operation and implementation of the judgment and award passed by Reference Court in Land Acquisition References.

The learned counsel for the respondents claimants makes a statement that the State of Maharashtra deposited amount in Reference Court and same is withdrawn by them.

Statement is accepted.
