The petitioners seek permission from this Court to suspend respondent no.1 and also a direction to respondent no.1 to give possession of the office of Principal.

We are afraid that such a relief can not be granted. Nor can we adjudicate disputed questions of fact in exercise of powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Writ Petition is rejected.
