An affidavit in reply has filed by the State Government. In paragraph 10 of the said reply, it has stated that the delay caused in implementing the order passed by this Court was on account of the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, we are not inclined to issue a contempt notice against the Respondents. Hence, contempt petition is dismissed.
