2] Allegations against the Applicants are based on certain stale instances. Allegations do not justify custodial interrogation of the Applicants.

3] In the event of the arrest of the Applicants in C.R. No.041/2020 registered with Nayanagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Applicants be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond of 1/2
