In view of the fact that a remedy by way of Revision is available to the Petitioners before the Additional Commissioner against the impugned order, it is not necessary for this Court to exercise it's writ jurisdiction. By relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. In the event the Revision is filed by the Petitioners, the Revisionary Authority may dispose of the same expeditiously.
