After arguing the matter for some time, when this court was disinclined to grant relief, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh application before the Session Judge in case trial is not started within six months from today. 2.

The learned Sessions Judge is directed to decide the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
