2) Mr. Soni, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Application No. 24 of 2021, in which the impugned orders were passed itself been decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner on 26th July, 2022, and a Petition to challenge the said order has already been filed.

52-WP-15417-22.DOC 3) Mr. Soni further submitted that a number of Change Reports filed since the year 2012 await adjudication. Thus, Mr. Soni presses for prayer Clause "iii" of the Petition. 4) It seems that the Change Reports are pending since the year 2012.

5) Mr. Godbole, the learned Senior Advocate for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, according to his instructions, three Change Reports have been decided. 6) Let the Change Reports which await adjudication be decided by the jurisdictional Assistant Charity Commissioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of September, 2023.

7) The Assistant Charity Commissioner may decide the order of hearing and decision of the Change Reports. 8) The Petition stands disposed.
