It is informed that the applicant has already approached before the District and Sessions Court, Thane by filing bail application no. 5316 of 2022 and the same is slated for hearing on 2/09/2022. I am not inclined to entertain the present application.

It is however made clear that the learned Judge on the said date shall grant an ad-inteirm relief or shall reject the application, since it cannot be kept pending without any orders being passed, adhering to the procedure prescribed under section Ashish Mhaske
