By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 25 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 22.01.2016 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag at Raigad in L.AR.No.218 of 2014.

31 caf4827-16.doc learned A.G.P. for the Applicant and the averments made Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the above mentioned First Appeal against the Judgement and Award dated 22.01.2016 passed by the Learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, Raigad, in L.A.R.

No.218 of 2014."
