In view of interim relief granted on 21st December 2004, by this time the proceedings regarding social status of the seventh respondent must have been disposed of. By the said order, the proceeding was ordered to be disposed of within a period of one month as provided in prayer clause (b).

Hence, it is not necessary to keep the petition pending and the same is disposed of.
