Mr. Ponda, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this intervention application has been filed by the applicant who is the original complainant in CR No.226/2015 registered with Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai with a view to espouse her cause and to oppose the bail application preferred by the accused. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. Application is allowed.
