2] The prayer of the petitioner is that directions be given to the Home Department for prematurely releasing him as per the Guidelines.

3] Learned APP, on instructions, states that the Home Department has considered and decided the case of the petitioner. The said decision has been communicated to the Jail Authorities and the petitioner has also been informed of the same on 7th October 2017. Thus, no case is made out

skc 18-JUDG-CRIWP-3278-17 for giving any further directions to the Home Department. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said categorization, it would be open to him to challenge the same. Thus, at this stage no case is made out for interference, hence, Rule is discharged.
