The learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that the charge sheet has been filed. The offence alleged against the Petitioners is abetting the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. In our view, the relief sought by way of the above Writ Petition cannot be acceded to. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. In the event the Petitioners seek to avail the remedies as are available in law for discharge and if any such application is filed, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
