The learned counsel for respondent No.1 informs the Court that the trial in C.C. No. 734/SS/2016, which was pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 48th Court, Andheri, Mumbai, was already over, resulting in conviction of the accused by an order dated 7 January 2019.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition. The petition as such stands disposed of as infructuous. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for respondent No.1 also
