Although this petition is on the production board for extension of ad-interim relief, learned counsel for the parties submit that it can be disposed of on a short count.

The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 17/6/2019 passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records in Appeal No.4319/2019. In the present petition, there is an order of status quo operating from 15/10/2019. The parties submit that the petition can be disposed of in terms of the said order and the appeal before the Appellate Authority may be expedited. 3.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Superintendent of Land Records, Pune to Mamta Kale

2/2 513-wp-8371-19 decide the aforesaid appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the receipt thereof. 4.

The following order dated 15/10/2019 shall continue to operate during the pendency of the appeal.

the status-quo order passed on 27/8/2019 shall be maintained by all the parties and no attempt shall be made to change the nature and character of the land in question; besides not making further demarcation thereof.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
