The order impugned in the present petition is the detention order passed by the District Magistrate, Jalgaon. 2.

The aforesaid petition is filed before this Court since the petitioner is detained at Yerawada Central Prison, Pune. 3.

Learned APP has raised a preliminary objection with respect to the maintainability of the petition in this Court, considering that the detention order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Jalgaon. 1/2

Ms. Tripathi submits that the aforesaid petition be transferred to Aurangabad Bench. She further states that she will appear before the Aurangabad Bench.

Hence, office is directed to transfer the aforesaid petition to the Aurangabad Bench, at the earliest and in any event within one week. GAURI GODSE, J.
