This application is moved for cancellation of bail which is granted by Additional Sessions Judge, by an order dated 06/07/2013 in Criminal M.A. No.1545/13.

The applicant is the prosecutrix. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are prosecuted u/s 376 of Indian Penal Code. It is a serious offence. The Investigating Officer had wrongly made a statement that the Nesarikar

The learned prosecutor submits to the orders of the Court.
