Mr.Chate, learned APP upon instructions submits that in the present case i.e. Sessions Case No.517/2014 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune , charge is framed on 9/12/2014. Once the charge is framed it is presumed that the trial has commenced. In view of this, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune shall make an endeavour to conclude recording of evidence as far as possible by 30/7/2018.
