The Petitioner has sought intervention of this Court in an on going Departmental Enquiry against the Petitioner. The Respondent No.2 has initiated Departmental Enquiry on 22 November 2021. One of the imputations against the Petitioner is that the Petitioner was age barred when he applied for the post and was not eligible and has accordingly fraudulently entered the service. The Petitioner has replied to this imputation in the enquiry. The defence of the Petitioner both on facts and law will be considered in the enquiry. If any adverse order is passed, the Petitioner will have remedies in law open. Keeping all contentions of the Petitioner and the Respondents in the enquiry open, we dispose of the Petition.
