Heard Mr. V.R. Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms. Aditi Naikare, learned counsel for the respondents. 3.
Mr. Tripathi submits that the controversy between the parties is amicably settled out of the Court. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he has filed a praecipe dated 12.3.2019, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He further states that the applicants may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai. 1 / 2

Ms. Naikare has no objection for withdrawal of the petition as also withdrawal of the amount.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Tripathi, Civil Revision Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai unconditionally. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.

All concerned parties, including the Small Causes Court, Mumbai, to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. Order accordingly.
