Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The order passed by the School Tribunal, Navi Mumbai, dated 05-072017 in Misc. Application No.11 of 2016 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the School Tribunal, Navi Mumbai.

(ii)The School Tribunal, Navi Mumbai, shall hear the parties and within a period of six weeks from the date of this order dispose of M.A.No.11 of 2016. (iii) The parties shall appear before the Presiding Officer, Additional School Tribunal, Navi Mumbai, on 11-01-2018 at 11.00 a.m., and after producing a copy of this order, obtain necessary directions.

(iv)The School Tribunal shall not grant any adjournments to the parties SSP 1/2
