Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants-interveners and the learned Counsel for the respondent-original appellant as well as the learned Counsel for respondent i.e. Municipal Corporation. The present application is filed seeking restoration of Civil Application Stamp No. 14144 of 2016 which came to be rejected for non compliance of office objections. The learned Counsel for the respondent-original appellant and the learned Counsel for the Civic authority have no any objection to allow the restoration of Civil Application for seeking permission to intervene in the proceeding. Accordingly, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c). On restoration of the Civil Application, the applicants- interveners shall remove the entire office objections notified by the Registry within a period of one week, failure to which, present orders shall stands vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
