Heard Mr.Vishal Thadhani, learned Counsel for the Applicants, Ms. Trupti Khanivadekar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Manoj Sonawane, learned Counsel for Respondent No.3. 2.

This is an application for bringing the L.Rs of the sole petitioner, since deceased, on record. The sole petitioner Pranjivan Nanji Chheda died on 26.6.2018 leaving behind the applicants herein as his only heirs and legal representatives. Application is filed in time.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Order accordingly.
