The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties is settled in Family Court Appeal No.280 of 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record the order dated 1st October 2016, copy of consent terms and copy of the supplementary consent terms. The same are taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development she received instructions to withdraw the present petition. To that effect she has given in writing on Farad.
