This appeal is preferred by Union of India challenging the judgment and award dated 15.6.2009 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in O.A. No.393 of 2004 holding that the respondents claimants are entitled compensation of Rs.4.0 lacs together with interest thereon @ 9% p.a. from the date of order till actual payment. Admit.

Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
