Heard. The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of a proposal being sent by the management for approval of Petitioner's appointment on the post of assistant teacher dated 29th September 2014, the Respondent no.3 has not taken any decision on it. The Petitioner has placed on record a copy of communication dated 26th December 2014 (Exhibit-B to the petition) indicating that Respondent no.4 Assistant Commissioner has already forwarded the proposal received from the management, to Respondent no.3 for taking appropriate decision on it.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, we dispose of this petition by directing Respondent no.3 Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Pune Division, Pune to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the proposal of the

2 of 2 WP.11242.2016 management for granting approval to the post of assistant teacher of the Petitioner. Let the decision as aforesaid be taken by Respondent no.3 as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petition stands disposed of.

Till the matter is decided by Respondent no.3, his services be not terminated, if not already terminated.
