The petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.4 to register FIR on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 7.3.2014, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-C page 12. 3.

Learned APP is unable to make a statement in absence of instructions. In the circumstances, we direct the In charge Officer of Nigadi police station, Pune to make a preliminary enquiry into the petitioner's said complaint, take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order.
