The above Application has been filed for restoration of the Petition which has been dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 20-6-2016 on account of the non appearance of the Petitioner who appears in person. The Petitioner also seeks condonation of delay of 36 days in filing the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent -husband submits to the orders of the Court.
