The petitioner has raised the grievance that at the relevant time he was not properly treated for his ailments by the doctors serving in the hospital attached to the jail. The petitioner has named four persons in the application who should be held responsible for casualty in case the proper medical treatment is not given to the petitioner. 2.
In case the grievance of the petitioner as reflected in his application addressed to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court still subsists, we direct the Superintendent of Taloja Central prison to ensure that the proper medical treatment is given to the petitioner and if necessary, the petitioner shall be taken to the J. J. Hospital or any other hospital run and administered by the State or the Municipal Corporation.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
