By this Interim Application, the Applicants are seeking recall of order dated 26th April 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) in Civil Application (ST) No.30521 of 2018 in Second Appeal No.533 of 2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 & 4 strongly opposes the application.

However, sufficient reasons are given in the application. For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The Applicants to remove the office objections within a period of six weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
