Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that Special Leave Petition is already filed against the order dated 19th July 2016 passed by this Court and seeks continuation of the stay granted by this Court. Application for stay is vehemently opposed by the respondents.

Stay granted by this Court on 19th July 2016 is continued for a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Learned counsel for the applicant continues the undertaking rendered before this Court during this period of two weeks.
