Learned counsel for Petitioner has placed on record a communication issued on 15 September 2016 by Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Learned counsel submits that the Look Out Circular (`LOC') has been deleted against the Petitioner. Learned counsel for Petitioner seeks relaxation of condition no.(iii) imposed by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai vide order dated 13 July 2015 on Bail Application No.235/BA/2015 in Remand Application No.8/RA/2015.

We find that substantive prayer in present petition is worked out as LOC has been deleted against the Petitioner. As far as relaxation of condition no.(iii) referred above is concerned, we

2 of 2 WP.2993.2016 observe that the Petitioner may resort to alternate remedy in accordance with law. All issues on merits in that regard are kept open.

With this observation, we dispose of the petition. Copy of letter dated 15 September 2016 of Intelligence Bureau is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.
