Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

This Civil Application is preferred seeking leave to carry out amendment in the cause-title of the Second Appeal to insert the words "Since Deceased" against the name of Respondent No.3, who has expired.

Leave to amend is granted. The legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.3 are already on record as 'Appellant Nos.1 and 2 and Respondent Nos.2 and 5'. Their names be added after the name of Respondent No.3. Amendment to be carried out, accordingly, within a period of two weeks from today.
