After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before the respondent no. 1 / competent authority. He submits that the respondent no. 1 / competent authority be directed to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible.

2] Learned AGP submits that in case the petitioners submit a detailed representation, the same shall be considered by the 1/2

3] In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before the respondent no. 1 / competent authority within a period of one month from today. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no. 1 / competent authority shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the said representation. 4] The petition stands disposed of.
