The Public Interest Petition No.209 of 2013 pending in the record room of this Court since the year 2013 has not moved

In a suo moto registered public interest Petition bearing SMPIL No.3 of 2017 with the assistance of the State Legal Services Committee a holistic view of prison reforms, be it number of prisoners in the jails, be it the staff, be it the facilities required to be provided to the prisoners, is being monitored by the Court and thus we terminate proceedings in the instant Petition by directing the Registry to consign the Petition to the Record Room. 3.

The Public Interest Petition No.3 of 2017 is wrongly shown on board today.
