Perused the affidavit of Shri. Mohan T. Sankhe, the Assistant Municipal Commissioner of the 1st Respondent/Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation.

In paragraph 3 of the affidavit, it is stated that the notices under Section 52, 53, 54 and 55 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 have been issued to five persons named therein. In paragraph 4, it is observed that during site visit, any illegal water connection was not found and it was noticed that Mrs. Jayamohan Pawar has taken valid water connection. We accept the statements made in the said affidavit.

The Municipal Corporation will have to take the notices issued on 11th March, 2016 to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible subject to the above terms.
