The Petitioner has sought issuance of direction to the Respondent No. 2 - The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik to decide the Petitioner's caste claim at the earliest. According to the Petitioner, after passing of the order dated 10th March, 2015 by the Certificate Scrutiny Committee, he had submitted the requisite certificate before the Committee on 12th August, 2015 but still the matter has not been decided by the Committee, as yet.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we direct the Committee to Vishal Parekar 1/2
34-wp-9434-2014.doc consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioner's caste claim as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
The other grievance raised by the Petitioner is that though he is working as Assistant Teacher but he has not been paid the salary from January, 2011 and he is only getting honorarium to the extent of Rs. 4,000/- p.m. Let this aspect of the matter be considered by the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and appropriate decision be taken on it within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioner to submit a detailed representation in that regard before the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Petition stands disposed of.
