Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks extension of time to furnish surety of Mr.Jayantilal Thakkur, the father of the Petitioner or any other person. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner undertakes to furnish surety of her father or any other person within one week from today. The said statement is accepted.

Accordingly, the Petition is allowed.

Time to furnish surety is extended upto 08.09.2016. The Petitioner to file an appropriate Application seeking cancellation of her non-bailable warrant before the said date in the trial Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will file an appropriate Application seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrant issued against her tomorrow in the trial Court. The said statement is accepted.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The non-bailable warrant issued against the Petitioner shall not be executed upto 08.09.2016.
