The petitioners proposals dated 28th October, 2013 for approval of the appointment of the petitioner No.1(in both the petitions) in the post of Shikshan Shevaks are not decided. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 5 placed on record the order dated 26th March, 2014 of the respondent No.5. The order reveals that the said proposals were rejected. In that view of the matter, the petitions are rendered infructuous and are dismissed as such.

Needless to mention that the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the rejection of proposals for approval of the petitioner No.1's appointment in the post of Shikshan Sevaks by filing separate proceedings.
