Civil Revision Application can be disposed of in view of the statement made by Mr. Panicker that in view of non-compliance with proceedings of Section 12-A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, he has instructions that suit filed before the Trial Court shall be withdrawn on 30.04.2024, which is the next date of hearing before the Trial Court with liberty. In that view and the statement made, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application.
